Welcome to SOVA AI.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the SOVA AI website, courses, training programs, workshops, resources, videos, downloads and other educational materials provided through learnwithsova.com and associated SOVA AI services.
By accessing our website, registering for a program, purchasing a product or service, or using our materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or materials.
1. About SOVA AI
SOVA AI provides practical education and training designed to help people understand and use artificial intelligence tools more confidently and effectively.
Our programs may include beginner and future intermediate training, demonstrations, tutorials, educational resources, templates, prompts, workshops and other AI-related learning materials.
SOVA AI provides education and general information only.
Nothing provided by SOVA AI constitutes legal, financial, accounting, medical, psychological, employment, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice where your circumstances require it.
2. Artificial Intelligence Has Limitations
Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes.
AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased or fabricated. AI systems may sometimes present incorrect information confidently.
Examples, demonstrations and outputs shown in SOVA AI training are intended to teach concepts and techniques. They should not automatically be treated as factual or relied upon without appropriate verification.
You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying important AI-generated information before relying on, publishing or acting upon it.
3. AI Technology Changes Rapidly
Artificial intelligence products and services change frequently.
Features, interfaces, pricing, capabilities, availability, policies and limitations demonstrated in a SOVA AI course may subsequently change.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational material at the time it is created, but we cannot guarantee that every demonstration, feature or instruction will remain current indefinitely.
4. Third-Party AI Platforms and Services
SOVA AI may demonstrate or discuss third-party products and services such as ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence platforms, software or online services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SOVA AI does not own, operate or control these third-party services.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability and other conditions.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, errors, data practices, restrictions, account suspensions, discontinued features, price changes or other actions of third-party providers.
References to third-party services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee of those services.
5. Privacy and Confidential Information When Using AI
You are responsible for deciding what information you provide to an artificial intelligence platform.
You should exercise appropriate care before uploading or entering personal, confidential, commercially sensitive or proprietary information into an AI system.
This may include information relating to clients, customers, employers, colleagues or other third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have any necessary authority or permission to use information you submit to an AI platform and for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality and workplace obligations.
6. Responsible Use of AI
You agree to use the knowledge and materials provided by SOVA AI lawfully and responsibly.
You must not knowingly use our training or materials to facilitate fraud, deception, unlawful discrimination, harassment, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations or other unlawful activity.
You remain responsible for how you use artificial intelligence and for decisions or actions taken using AI-generated material.
7. Resume, Job Application and Professional Materials
SOVA AI may demonstrate how artificial intelligence can assist with resumes, cover letters, job applications and other professional documents.
AI should be used to help communicate your genuine experience and skills more effectively — not to invent qualifications, employment history, achievements, experience or credentials that you do not have.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to an employer, recruiter, client or other third party is truthful and accurate.
8. No Guaranteed Results
SOVA AI does not guarantee any particular result from participating in a course, program or workshop or from using our materials.
We do not guarantee that using AI will result in:
- employment or promotion;
- increased income or revenue;
- business growth;
- increased productivity;
- reduced working hours;
- new clients or customers;
- improved academic or professional performance; or
- any other specific personal, professional or financial outcome.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, decisions, skills, effort and how you use the information provided.
Testimonials or examples, where provided, represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome.
9. Course Access
Where you register for or purchase a SOVA AI digital program, you will receive the access described at the time of registration or purchase.
Access periods, course inclusions and delivery methods may vary between programs and will be communicated where relevant.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and login details.
You must not share paid course login details with another person unless SOVA AI expressly permits this.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in serious breach of these Terms.
10. Payments
Where a SOVA AI product or service requires payment, prices and payment terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
SOVA AI does not generally receive or store your complete payment card details when payments are processed through these providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
11. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Any refund policy stated for a particular SOVA AI product or program applies in addition to your rights under Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a remedy where a product or service fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, although SOVA AI may choose to provide additional refund rights for particular products or programs.
Any additional refund conditions will be disclosed at or before purchase where applicable.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, SOVA AI owns or has permission to use the intellectual property contained in its original courses and materials, including original:
- videos;
- lesson structures;
- course materials;
- workbooks;
- guides;
- templates;
- graphics;
- presentations;
- written educational content;
- training resources; and
- original prompt collections or teaching materials.
Your registration or purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own learning and use.
It does not transfer ownership of SOVA AI intellectual property to you.
13. What You Must Not Do With SOVA AI Materials
Unless we give you prior written permission, you must not:
- reproduce or substantially copy SOVA AI course materials for commercial distribution;
- sell, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute our training materials;
- upload paid SOVA AI materials to public websites, shared drives, course platforms or file-sharing services;
- record and redistribute SOVA AI training videos;
- provide your course login to other people;
- repackage SOVA AI materials as your own course, training program or commercial product; or
- remove SOVA AI branding or copyright notices from protected materials for the purpose of presenting those materials as your own.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict rights you may have under applicable law.
14. Your Own AI Outputs
SOVA AI does not claim ownership merely because you used something you learned in our training to create your own AI-assisted work.
Subject to applicable law and the terms of the AI platform you use, you remain responsible for your own prompts, projects, documents and AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs.
However, this does not give you permission to reproduce or redistribute SOVA AI's protected course materials.
15. Website and Service Availability
We aim to keep our website and learning services available and functioning properly.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, cybersecurity incidents, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVA AI is not responsible for loss or damage resulting solely from a user's decision to rely on unverified AI-generated information or from the independent operation, availability or conduct of a third-party AI platform.
You remain responsible for your decisions and for determining whether AI-generated information is suitable for your circumstances.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit that liability contrary to law.
17. External Links
Our website or training materials may contain links to third-party websites, products or resources.
These links may be provided for convenience or educational purposes.
SOVA AI does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms.
18. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review that policy to understand how information may be collected, used and disclosed.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on our website with an updated date.
Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by law and will not remove rights that have already accrued to you.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
Subject to any rights you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
